BEYOND JAPAN
Connecting Nepali Talent with Employers Across Approved Destinations While Japan remains our strategic priority, Shine Recruitment Services is also positioned to serve employers in other international markets where the Government of Nepal permits foreign employment through licensed recruitment channels. Our recruitment scope extends to established destinations including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Malaysia and other approved countries, subject to prevailing Government of Nepal regulations, destination-country requirements and applicable labour approvals.
We welcome opportunities to work with reputable employers, companies and recruitment partners seeking reliable Nepali human resources for skilled, semi-skilled and other eligible positions.
Backed by the wider Shine ecosystem’s experience in language education, skills preparation and candidate development, we aim to provide employers with appropriately screened and prepared candidates while maintaining our commitment to professionalism, transparency, compliance and responsible recruitment.

OUR UNIQUE STRENGTH
Recruitment Backed by Human-Resource Development
Many recruitment companies primarily begin their relationship with a candidate when a vacancy becomes available. Our relationship can begin much earlier.
A prospective worker may first enter the Shine ecosystem as a Japanese-language learner, then progress into JFT or SSW preparation, develop occupational knowledge, prepare for examinations and interviews, and ultimately become a candidate for international employment.

This creates an opportunity to build a more informed and better-prepared talent pipeline.
We believe this is our distinctive strength:

We don’t simply recruit people.
We understand how people prepare for employment.
