Every meaningful journey begins with a simple belief.
At Shine, our belief has always been that ‘education should open doors to opportunity’. More than a decade ago, that belief gave birth to Shine Education Services Pvt. Ltd. (SES). What began as an institution focused on Japanese language education gradually grew into a wider platform for people aspiring to study, work and build their future in Japan.

We have watched students begin with their first Japanese words, progress through language and skills preparation, face examinations and interviews, and eventually take their next steps toward Japan.

A JOURNEY THAT GREW ORGANICALLY
Shine Education Services has spent more than a decade building its experience in Japanese language education, SSW preparation and Japan-focused career guidance.

As Japan’s demand for international human resources continued to create new opportunities, SES expanded its preparation programs into several SSW fields, including construction, nursing care, accommodation, aviation ground handling, truck driving, building cleaning and other selected areas.

Today, more than 800 learners are engaged in Japanese language and SSW-related preparation within the Shine ecosystem. Behind every number is a person.

FROM PREPARATION TO RECRUITMENT
We began asking ourselves a simple question:
What if the journey from learning to employment could be connected more meaningfully?
The answer was Shine Recruitment Services Pvt. Ltd. Established by the same group behind Shine Education Services and licensed to operate as a manpower recruitment company in Nepal in early 2026, Shine Recruitment Services represents a natural extension of the Shine journey.

It is not a departure from what we have been doing. It is the next step in what we have been building. Shine Education Services helps people learn and prepare. Shine Recruitment Services aims to help appropriately qualified people connect with genuine employment opportunities.

WHY JAPAN?
Japan holds a special place in the Shine story. For years, our classrooms have been filled with people learning Japanese because they see Japan not merely as a destination, but as a place where they can develop their careers, gain experience and contribute to their families and communities. Our familiarity with Japanese language learning and SSW preparation has given us an appreciation of an important reality:

“International recruitment works best when language, skills, attitude and opportunity come together.” That is why Japan remains the strategic priority of Shine Recruitment Services. Our focus includes selected sectors such as construction, truck driving, accommodation, nursing care, aviation ground handling, building cleaning and other areas where suitable opportunities exist.

At the same time, our vision is not limited to one country. Where Nepal's laws and regulations permit, we aspire to connect capable Nepali human resources with legitimate opportunities in other international destinations as well.
